PRESENTS: 8 Min Abs Workout, how to have six pack. The workout has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal area.
It can be done by anyone who exercises regularly, both men and women. There are no particular requirements for this module; you just need to know how to properly perform the exercises involved.

I'm from level 2 for like 2 weeks. I'd do level 1 to see how much it endures me, probably not that much as I can almost do level 2 without stopping between. Problem is it would ruin my workout.

Anyways, just do it till you make it to level 2 at least, WITHOUT stopping because of pain. You might not see results because of belly fat, but trust me, it's there.
