The Best Exercise for LOWER ABS: Part 3 of 5 Part 3 of 5. This one looks so simple, but pulling against the tight butt muscles is a pain the in abs. i have a hard time believing that your body knows or cares which side you work on first. the whole exercise/diet industry is full of 'experts' who say contradictory things, claim they have the secret or facts, and back it up by repetition rather than proof. maybe human bodies have too much variation/too many variables for a 1 size fits all plan.
do 4 times abs, its a way better method
has the smartest and speediest solution to strength, stamina, stretching, and sustenance.
