Working out at an early age isnt bad for you. I started when i was 13, i lift free weights every night with my father in our basement for a hour or more. And since i've started i feel good and i'm ripped after just a couple months
Should i jog a mile everyday in between these exercises? and do you have anything for arm/peck buildingI'm 14,and I am doing this every other day.As far as I know it's ok to do these workout in your 13-15s.But what is wrong is any heavy weights becuase they will do bad to your growth issues such as height.
my stomach feels so good after this exercise. i started to do this today and i will do it every other day, hopefully it will work for me !
