This baby shouldnt live any longer.. He woud only suffer for the rest of his/her life.

Poor baby and parents. This condition is called a congenital ichthyosis, and is a harlequin type, wich is the most severe type of ichthyosis. This is often refered to as harlequin babies. The characteristics are thick, flaky, diamondshaped skin caused by severe drying and cracking. This happens from a massive ketamine build up in the skin, and make any movement painful and difficult. What would you do if you found out via ultrasound that you are about to have a harlequin baby?
